July 24, 2023 - NYJA announces Phylisa Wisdom as the organization’s new Executive Director. Phylisa’s government relations and fundraising work with non-profits in NY have prepared her well to deal with the challenges of representing the diverse and pluralistic Jewish community of New York.

NYJA is committed to supporting the Administration as it works to make each of 100 new measures identified in the Strategy a reality. A number of these steps will require the active engagement of stakeholder organizations like NYJA and other partners.
