NYJA statement on the Park Slope Co-op BDS vote

We are deeply grateful to NYJA Board Member Rabbi Rachel Timoner for her leadership regarding the Park Slope Food Co-op BDS vote. While we are disappointed at the outcome of last night’s vote, we feel fortunate for the NYJA-aligned clergy leaders like Rabbi Timoner who lead with clarity, nuance, and empathy in these fraught and complex times.
